Located on the beach Relax on the beach, sleeps up to 10 people. New refrigerator, washer and several new windows , several new beds, and new nest Wi-Fi. Located on Pismo Beach State Park.
There is great surfing, kite boarding, boogie boards, fishing, swimming, riding horses, driving on the beach and riding atv's in the dunes.
Large family home with 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, and also has an outside shower with hot water.
Ocean front views to watch the sunsets.
Private patio and with glass walls, open the glass door and the beach awaits

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway house. We booked during Memorial Day weekend when Pismo is packed during this time and we were in our own little slice of the beach unbothered. The host was great with communication. Will book again for our next stay!

Great family get away

If it was my daily house, I would say it's an older house showing a fair amount of wear and is dated, but as a beach house rental it is superb! The house is very clean which is no simple task because it is right on the sand. Staying there is like wearing an old pair of jeans that fit you just right.

This place was perfect! The place is well stocked with the basic needs (cookware, beach toys, bath towels, etc). The house is much nicer in person but worn down enough that I felt the kids could relax and have fun. We hope to make this location an annual spot for our family reunion.

What a beautiful View!!

We had a wonderful stay on the beach. Owner was very sweet. Perfect home for a family. Beds were comfy, kitchen & toiletries were fully stocked. Had a nice new grill that we didn’t use but was nice to have one. Outside shower was great and had warm water!! Definitely will book again! Thank you for letting us stay at your olovely home!!

GREAT LOCATION and very Responsive Manager

Great location and lots of room to spread out. the crows nest room is great, sitting and enjoying the Pacific Ocean. Owner/Manager is very responsive - no issues. Home can use a little updating/maintenance, but the home serves it purpose as a great place to stay right smack on the beach! i would stay again. thank you

Summer break

Perfect Families with the young kids. We're able to walk out to the beach whenever we wanted. Outside showers made it easier with the on site laundry. Kitchen was fully load with all Kitchenware. Older humble home.

Dated but homey

The pics on Vrbo aren’t updated; There’s more amenities than we realized! Comfy couches and modern TV’s were a pleasant surprise. It’s still an old beach house with quirks, like doors jamming and no locks in the bathrooms. But if you can overlook these shortcomings, a great time can be had by all.

Family vacation

Unfortunately was charged an additional 500 for an outdated already broken bathtub faucet which is discouraging on re-renting this property in the future. An older home with smaller upgrades here and there that have taken place. The layout and space is very nice for family vacation. We only had 1 shower the entire time for all of us causing a huge inconvenience. No garage door opener to get in and out and all the door locks need to be replaced. Maybe the next renter will be charged for that.

Needs facelift 😊

Our group has stayed here the last 2 summers. The price was right. However, the home desperately needs updating. Extra entry keys need to be made. Windows we're filthy and couldn't see thru. Suggest adding a single serve coffee pot. Thank you for the extra fridge in garage. Seems to be one of the most affordable places in the vicinity, but needs facelift! Thank you.

Location was good/ but home is very outdated

Was not happy with the beds/mattresses were really bad. 2 of the stove burners did not work. Only (1) person could dry their hair or using curling tool or all the lights would flicker. WiFi was very bad, had to go buy an external WiFi in order to get on location was good, but house needs a lot of work.

Priceless Ocean Front

Grand old house with all comforts. Couldn't find towels until 4th day of stay and washing machine was unacceptable. Very old and incompetant. Really, lack of towels and unable to wash was our major inconvienance for the price we paid. Kitchen had everything needed but coffee maker could have been a little newer. Bathrooms fine. Crows nest view with open windows worth the money. We already turned in the electrical problem the home had while we were there, so property manager is aware. Our family of 10 adults had plenty of space. Bottom line...we would return. Thanks.

Amazing property

We rented the home for Thanksgiving weekend. I read several reviews before checking in, and… I have to admit I was a bit worried. Before we arrived to the home the owner contacted me and gave me all the info I needed to check in. The process was super easy. The house does need some TLC and a good deep cleaning. The location was amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and incredible views. The view from the crows nest were incredible. The place was perfect for our family. Due to the no pet policy, our son and granddaughter could not join us. They do not allow pets, not even a service pet. That was the only hard part of our holiday since our granddaughter needs her service pet to alert her if her sugar is too low. I highly recommend this home for large families. There is plenty of room to spread out.
