More fun awaits about 30 minutes away from Sunlight Mountain Ski Resort, and 45 minutes away from Aspen CO.

NOTE: THE BASEMENT OF THE HOUSE IS NOT INCLUDED is an office and storage for my business, two employees live there, they woun't interfere with your stay.

Property was well maintained and clean. Plenty of beds and room. Home was fully stocked with towels, pillows, sheets, blankets, kitchen supplies, dishes , cooking pans. Basically, everything you needed to stay there except food. Had only one issue. We did not realize there were people living below the house so had a small issue with parking but it was quickly resolved. Overall, a wonderful experience. I recommend this home to others

The owner of this property hides in his basement while you stay there.. It was truly bizarre..If I wouldn't have had one of my sons with me it would have creeped me out!!!!!!!! But to be honest it was still weird!!! .. I felt like there was cameras watching us all the time and it was two of my best friends with me It was weird strange Don't do it!!!!!

Melissa, I do not hide in the basement. I have my own home. I am a female. It is very clearly stated in the listing that the downstairs is occupied by two renters. You were by far the worst and most entitled guests we've ever had. Regarding the cameras they are for our guests safety. You and your guests stole a ton of our kitchen utensils and clogged the kitchen sink. Worst of all you guys threw up all over the main bedroom and didn't even bother picking it up. When our cleaners arrived the throw up had been sitting for multiple hours and was even on the wall. The disrespect you had for our home was astonishing considering all the great things this property offered you. You claimed our property was great but it seems that when I made a claim for all the stolen stuff, you changed your mind. Guests like you are only looking to negatively effect businesses when it suits you best. Melissa, please don't come back!

We were two small families with young children and we loved that there were outdoor activities for our active boys, that the house had plenty of beds and rooms and that they were not oh I'm excessive amount of fragile things that we had to move. Great house and a great stay with an amazing view. The hot tub was not in order but it wasn't listed on the listing so I wasn't expecting it but it would have been a fun addition. I think it's an instant hot water heater and had no problems having enough hot water for a bath, but we could smell the gas after using the hot water heater that long. Very well stocked kitchen. We mostly played outside. I was surprised that there was a shed or something that was covered under a tarp but luckily we were able to keep our children for being too curious and it was fine. Would definitely recommend for a family-friendly stay

Wonderful property with all the amenities! Very spacious! Sour group had plenty of space to spread out and the open concept was great to hangout
