Easy access to CCRT (bike path) will bring you to the famous Arnold's restaurant in under 5 minutes. Enjoy longer bike rides? The bike path stretches from Dennis to Wellfleet (22miles). Deborah's pond is located directly in the back yard, and Great Pond just behind it (2 houses down). Great Pond is one of the few "Kettle Ponds" that Cape Cod has to offer - It's crystal clear, has an extensive sandy beach, and is life-guarded during summer months - An excellent alternative to the many fabulous salt water beaches on Cape Cod.
Bay-side beaches, such as Kingsbury and First Encounter are about 1.5 miles away on quiet back roads, easily accessed by walking/biking. Coast Guard beach (Ocean-side) can be accessed by Salt Pond Visitor Center bike path... less than a mile from house.
