About this property
Lakeside Landing - Swim Spa & Waterfront
Welcome to Lakeside Landing! Wake up to panoramic Lake Huron views at Lakeside Landing, a spacious retreat designed for comfort, style, and connection. With room for up to 10 guests, this property offers the perfect balance of amenities and charm for families and groups alike.
Sip your morning coffee on the lakeview deck, gather for meals in the open-concept dining room, and end your evenings in the warmth of your 10-person swim spa under the stars. While the property sits directly on the waterfront, please note there is no direct beach access from the lot—giving you peace and privacy right by the water’s edge. For sandy shores and swimming, you’ll find several welcoming public beaches just a short walk or drive away.
The Lakeside Landing offers open-concept living area with large windows overlooking Lake Huron, cozy seating, and a dining table perfect for family meals or board games. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and pantry basics (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar)
Lakefront views right outside your door (no direct access to the water from the property). One of the best highlights is the private 10-person swim spa for year-round relaxation and exercise.
The backyard offers a spacious deck with comfortable lounge seating and a BBQ grill.
Blue Point is a charming waterfront community in Plympton-Wyoming, known for its quiet shoreline, wide-open skies, and breathtaking sunsets. Though you’ll enjoy peaceful privacy at the cottage, you’re only a short drive from some of the area’s best beaches:
McEwen Park Beach – 200 m sandy shoreline with picnic space
Highland Glen Park – a scenic ravine with a 600 m beach and boat launch
Lamrecton Park – a laid-back beach with seasonal amenities
Bright’s Grove & Mike Weir Park – family-friendly sand and green space / Wednesday night market and chip trucks all summer long.
Canatara Park Beach (Sarnia) – a Blue Flag certified beach with pristine water and full facilities.
‼ No beach access from the property !!
Lakeside Landing sits on a very steep hill with beautiful Lake Huron views—but there is absolutely no beach or lake access from the backyard.
A stairway on-site was installed by previous homeowners and is no longer safe, so please do not attempt to use it. It’s a known hazard. Guests must avoid this entirely for their safety. If guests choose to use this access point, its entirely at their own risk.
If you’d like to enjoy the sand and waves, the nearest safe and family-friendly public beach is very close by!
Local public beaches are clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible if you’re looking to swim or soak up the sun.
Lakeside Landing is proudly managed by Out of Office Collective, a women-led property management team dedicated to creating seamless, memorable getaways. We believe every stay should feel effortless, inspiring, and restorative — and we’re always available before and during your visit to make sure you have everything you need
