Check in is a breeze, host readily available if needed. Kitchen is well equipped and amenities well thought out. Coffee provided was delicious. So close to the lake you can be lulled asleep by the sound of busy waves.
The property was excellent. Many amenities which were appreciated. Dennis was an excellent host and made himself available for any questions we had. Overall, we had a terrific stay and would highly recommend the property.
Perfect location - within walking distance to the lake, shopping, dining. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our host Dennis was very responsive to any questions, and even came by to say "hi" and see if we needed anything. Wiould definitely recommend if staying in the area!
Great cottage in the perfect area! Just half a block from the lake and a block from Skeeters, this spot has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and more. There are bikes to cruise along the lakefront or the nearby Howard Watson Trail, plus beach chairs for the beautiful nearby beaches. The backyard is a highlight, with beautiful lights and a fire pit to enjoy summer nights. It’s only 15 minutes to Sarnia and 40 minutes to Grand Bend. The living room is comfy and cozy, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this property!
Wonderful house and fantastic hosts. Home was clean and even bigger than in the pictures. House was well equipped with towels, toiletries, kitchen items etc. honestly anything one could really need for a visit. We were in town for a few weeks with a toddler and had plenty of space. The neighbourhood is wonderful and being only a 5 minute walk from the beach was perfect. Walking distance to a good restaurant, park with playground, grocery store/pharmacy and the lake made the location perfect. Hosts were very responsive, even answering questions prior to booking. I would book this home again in a heartbeat and am hoping to next time we’re in town.
What a charming backyard! This adorable cottage was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, the towels and bed linens were of excellent quality, and the owner responded immediately to inquiries. We are 100% satisfied! The area is lovely, with walking/bike paths, and a cute restaurant with great Lake Huron views just a five minute walk away. 100% satisfied, thank you!!
We came to Sarnia to see family and this was a much better option than a hotel. Hosts were amazing! Location from main amenities was a 10 minute drive. It was a bit of country paradise close to the city. Definitely a must re-stay!
This was a lovely cottage/house. It was brightly painted so very cheerful. Four houses down from the lake which had a beautiful path to bike or walk. Grocery store, Tim Hortons, close by. Easy drive for absolutely everything you would need. After a long day of biking this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening.
This house is so great!! It is nicely appointed with everything we needed for our 3 day stay in the Bright's Grove area. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all you need to make some meals. Cute backyard. This place is half a block to the lake!!! Perfect to see the sunrise, sunset, or go for a dip in the lake. The owner was very attentive for any questions we had. We would definitely book this place again.
This home is spacious and well appointed with all you could need. Easy process overall. And only a short 1 minute walk to get to the gorgeous waterfront! Great for a family or 4-6 people. Highly recommend.
