In summer close windows every time you leave the house, In winter there is a shovel in the front lobby closet along with De-Icer for stairs walkway.

No smoking or vaping or storage or use of cannabis in the house please. There is an ashtray for cigarette butts out the back door by the BBQ.

We stayed here while in town for a hockey tournament. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and we cooked most of our meals at the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Erin was the perfect hostess. Great comms from beginning to end. Brand new eat-in kitchen, with induction range; BBQ in the backyard -- Sunripe farm market, No Frills, and Superstore minutes away for eating in convenience. Can see this being great summer place with the beach a couple blocks away. Enthusiastically recommend.

Nice stay near Sarnia

We were three coaches in town for the Silver Stick tournament and this was the perfect house for us. Nicely kept, easy to access, we would stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay

Property was as advertised, clean and well equipped for our week long stay. We cooked most days and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and fenced back yard was beautiful! Short walk to the beach and groceries were nearby. Check-in was easy and great communication with Erin. Would definitely stay again.

Safe, clean and cute neighborhood!

My friends and I stayed for a girls trip and we loved it. The property itself was clean and a great place to hangout. Huge bonus that Tim Hortons, grocery store/pharmacy, and pizza places are all within walking distance! The water is just down the street too and was a great view. Host was also very responsive and nice!

Great House

Nice house that is close to the beach. We stayed in the winter so we were unable to take advantage of all that the house had to offer for summer guests. It was excellent though and the host is responsive and helpful.

Super cute getaway

Erin has created a super cute and cozy beach getaway. The beds were outrageously comfortable and the decor made us feel like we were right on the beach. Erin was friendly and very responsive. The house is a very short walk from the beach and in a great neighborhood. Very close to anything you might need. Definitely consider a stay!

The house was conveniently located in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to lake, shopping and restaurants. The home was perfect and had lots of room for family and friend visiting. The Grove

I recently stayed at this charming cottage and had a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic, with easy walking access to both the beach and essential shopping, making it incredibly convenient. The yard, both front and back offers a great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on my side during my stay, so I didn’t get to fully utilize the yard. The kitchen is well equiped for meals, and there are a couple of local spots within walking distance. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway, and I highly recommend it!

Not quite what we expected

Overall, disappointed; but we did enjoy the walk along the beach area. 1. There was no Hot Tub, despite it being listed as an Amenity. 2. Internet speed obtained in our 2-day stay ranged from 30-55 Mbps, despite it having been listed as 500+ Mbps. (Most of the time, we only had one device connected.) 3. The sofa seat and floor corners had not been vacuumed, seemingly for a while. (Dust and breadcrumbs, especially on sofa seats.) We spent an hour vacuuming until the vacuum cleaner quit as a result of over-heating. 4. Bathroom (2nd floor) bathtub/shower tap provided only lukewarm water at its maximum rotation -- too cool for a comfortable shower and impossible for bathing. Also, the sink water tap was loose. Other Suggestions: 1. Thermostat instructions, which are for a different model, should be updated. It took us a while to notice that there was a dial ring which had to be rotated. Also, the 30% humidity setting is too low for comfort. 2. The veranda steps should be cleaned (or salted/sanded) when icy. Also, the edge of the steps (especially the top step) should be made more visible when going down. 3. There was an intermittent noise (a worn-out pump?) that occasionally woke us up during the night.

Remo, I'm sorry you felt that way. I will address each of your times here. Most importantly why did you not contact me when you had a question or problem. I am accessible by messaging and you had my cell phone number. All of these items could have been fixed to improve your stay, instead you waited and unloaded them here without my advanced knowledge and opportunity to remedy them. 1. Yes this was checked in error. It has been fixed. 2. There is a highspeed HDMI cable from the router for laptops that is "parked" in the side of the TV with a label "laptop". If Cogeco had a service outage I can't control that but I could have checked as they broadcast it on their website. 3. I checked with my cleaner and she had cleaned the day prior. If something was missed she could have returned to clear it up. 4. Unless Enbridge stops shipping natural gas you cannot run out of hot water in that house. It is on demand and unlimited. I will have the sink tap tightened again. 5. The Google Nest thermostat displays one number, if you turn the dial right or left it will change the temperature to your liking. The instructions are for the Mitsubishi heat pump and that remote is above the Google nest thermostat on the same wall and it will provide instant HEAT or Air Conditioning. Again no need to be uncomfortable, one message or call and I could have gladly helped you. I'm sorry to hear it was icy, there are de-icing crystals in the front hallway for this purpose. I have added this to my listing now so it is better communicated. I checked with my cleaner and neither of us know what the source of the noise was that you heard. If it is windy out you can sometimes here the crash of the waves/surf from the lake. Remo, truly I'm sorry this was not a pleasant stay for you and encourage you to communicate this earlier to the host. All the best, Erin

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man merkt, dass auch die Besitzer es regelmäßig nutzen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, alles ist sauber und gemütlich.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, um ein Wasserproblem nach starkem Regen im Keller wurde sich schnell gekümmert. Es gibt genug Abstellflächen und Haken. Auch der Außenbereich hinten ist gut gepflegt und gut nutzbar, wenn das Wetter passt. Wir werden wieder dort buchen, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind.
