This home boasts two, yes - TWO living rooms. The first being on the main level and more traditional with comfy couches and such, while the "Man Cave" (or "Ma'am Cave" if you prefer) is found in the finished basement.
For the indoor types:
The "Man Cave" dominates the finished basement and there is something for everyone!! Pull up a stool and enjoy your beverages at the built-in bar to relax and perhaps even live stream the game on the TV through the android box and unlimited high speed internet. For those who like a little more action, a friendly match on the air hockey or foosball tables might be more to your liking.
For the outdoor types:
The fully fenced backyard offers privacy and security, so your energies can be focused on enjoying the conversation on the wooden deck or perhaps barbecuing your own famous house specialty. Note: The outdoor fire pit is a great gathering spot for dessert. (mmmm... s'mores)

The whole house and backyard is yours to enjoy. The garage is used for owner storage and is not available for guest use.
We respect the privacy of our guests. We live only a few minutes away and are available by phone or text should anything arise or you require assistance.
We are nestled on a quiet street just off Sarnia's easy to find London Rd. Everything in town is only a 5-10 min car ride so you can easily participate in an event, take in a hockey game at one of our local arenas, catch a live performance at the theater, join a class/seminar at the college, or enjoy some "ship spotting" under the Bluewater Bridge.
Helpful Hint - while under the Bridge, be sure to get some world famous fries or chillaxe with an ice cream.
STAIRS #1 - There are about 15 stairs is required to access the two bedrooms on the upper level.
STAIRS #2 - There are about 15 stairs required the access the finished basement area that features the games tables, bar area and laundry machines.
This home has an updated furnace and central air to keep you comfortable, no matter the time of year.
All newer windows ensure the temperature stays just where you like it and reduces any outside noises, however, they DO NOT reduce the noise of a snorer in your group. (wink wink)
The bedrooms do also have ceiling fans if you enjoy a breeze while you snooze and/or choose to open the windows for that outdoor feel.
