Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and small appliances. You can make your own meals here.

In the dining room we have a table and chairs to eat with the family, and in the living room a sofa bed y TV with cable.

In the bedroom there are two queen size beds and storeage space.

Full bathroom with bathtub.

Air conditioning that you can regulate.

Beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool towels.

Linen (sheets and towels) and coats for beds available.

For the little ones we have a high chair and a travel cot.

If you need anything else, just ask our host, who will be available throughout your stay.

Good location

the place is nice but has some details that could be fixed, the emergency door does not have a secure lock, the towel rack in the bathroom is falling off

Better than expected.

This is our first experience with VRBO and we were unsure of the process. However, everything was above our expectations. The condo was clean and well equipped. The owner was easy to contact and the host, Pablo, was most helpful also. We would not hesitate to use this location again.

Property

The property is quite run down and outdated. Our condo door appeared like someone tried to punch a hole through it. One elevator was always out of service. The condo itself needs painting, especially the bathroom.

Regarding the elevator, you visited during the busiest season, and it is possible that one was temporarily out of service. However, the building has four elevators, all of which are operational. When I checked in with you during your stay, you mentioned that everything was fine and that you had enjoyed beautiful days at our property. We really enjoyed our stay at the Tides. Direct access to the beach and excellent weather. The condo was well furnished and the host very communicative.

Absolutely LOVE Southern paradise🏝☀️🌊

The place was exactly as described. I would recommend taking your own towels and wash cloths with you to have your own for showering. Any other items you may need such as garbage bags, kitchen towels etc. All major appliances & kitchen supply’s are there in the condo. There are plenty of beach towels available and a washer and dryer on your floor. Our property manager Pablo went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. Highly recommend for feeling safe all around. Very family & kid oriented place. Dylan at the front desk was also very helpful with all the local places for groceries, gas & local eats!!

Hollywood Beach Get Away

The apartment was very clean and it had all the essentials fir the beach. Unfortunately, one night the power went off in the building for 4 hours. The other inconvenience was that the laundry room on our floor was being remodeled. The Enjoy Café in property was amazing!

Great experience.

The rental unit was exactly as advertised. Very nice, modern and they provide towels, chairs for the beach, coffee make with filters etc. The property manager Pedro was attentive and went beyond what was expected. He was excellent, and they extended our check out time Looking forward to staying next year with the again
