Serenity Pines Lodge

This Lodge was perfect for our 2024 family adventure (13of us). It was well appointed, clean, well stocked, and had everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. One of the nicest we have stayed in. We all had a fun week exploring Yellowstone and surrounding areas and activities. Location was perfect. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful House for 11.

Serenity Pines Lodge is a wonderful, well kept, clean and provided a welcome stay while the family vacationed in the Yellowstone area. Many staples and paper goods were provided and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with supples.

Perfect place for your family vacation.

Wonderful place to stay for Idaho/Montana vacation. Very convenient but loved the privacy of Serenity Pines. We had a family of 9 and everyone had plenty of room. The kids loved seeing Moose in the yard! Thanks for a beautiful home where many wonderful memories were made.

Simply perfect. Clean, spacious and a great break from the crowds of West Yellowstone. I would stay at any of this owner’s properties. He understands how to run a rental. Kitchen is great, bedrooms are spacious. Far better than a hotel!

Family Christmas

I'm reluctant to share our experience here because I'm selfish, we have spent 2 holidays here and it has proven to be an absolute wonderful time for memories for my children and grandchildren. This year as we were leaving I had tears knowing we were not able to come again next year.

Six decade celebration

Nine adults stayed comfortably in Serenity Pines. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well and the 4 separate bathrooms were great. Five stars for every category. The only slight disappointment were the number of ATVs that were on the neighborhood road the first day. Everything else was excellent!

Great Christmas

Our multi family booked this beautiful cabin for our annual Christmas trip! The pictures and descriptions do not do it justice…it is a very spacious cabin that has every need possible in the kitchen and bathrooms. It offers a huge movie selection and several games (including fussball and air hockey). There was plenty of toilet paper, towels, rags, laundry detergents, washing detergent to supply are large group for a week. The house print is amazing, offering 4 master bedrooms with bathrooms (2 on main floor and 2 in the basement) and bedroom for kids (with bunk beds) and bathroom. The sunrise is breathtaking and our driveway was even plowed after a heavy snow fall. The house is located just far enough from Highway 20 to not see or hear it , but close enough to access easily. We throughly enjoyed our trip and will book this house again if return Island Park. The homeowners take great care of this house and treat it like their own home….we felt welcomed and very much at home for our week long magical trip in a beautiful winter wonderland.

Perfect house for our large family of 12 that ranges from 70 to 10 yrs old. The house was well stocked for everything we needed, games for the kids, private spaces for adults and kids, and cozy too. We especially loved the large dining table so we could have family dinners together as we discussed our favorite part of the day. Definitely recommend!

This home is amazing- do not hesitate to book. We were a group of 4 couples (my siblings and our spouses). We all had our own suite with a king sized bed and private bath. The beds were so comfortable and the bath linens were luxury quality. In fact, everything in the home is luxury- pictures don’t capture the quality of this home. This is the first time we’ve actually rented a home where the kitchen was able to accommodate the size crowd the home is built for. Meals at home were fun and easy; condiments and spices are abundant. We wanted a place convenient to the West Yellowstone entrance. None of us had been to the area before and after researching we decided that was the area that would provide the activities for our group. We spent a day traveling the entire lower loop, a day 4-wheeling up Two Top Mountain, and a day horseback riding. West Yellowstone is a cute town with some fun restaurants. Great area to stay and this home is 20 min away, in a beautiful wooded area with views on the drive just like on the TV show!Treat yourself to this VRBO - it will make a memorable vacation.

We had an amazing time in this INCREDIBLE home. We came in June for a family vacation with 7 adults and 4 children (ages 2 to 83) and the house had something for everyone! There are stairs to get in but it was ideal to have older folks stay on the main floor right off the kitchen/living room so they didn't have to do stairs repeatedly. Two bedrooms are off the main floor and 3 (including the bunk room) are downstairs with the air hockey table. This was ideal for keeping little ones quiet in the morning so the upstairs could stay asleep. As mentioned before, the kitchen truly is stocked! We've stayed in quite a few rental places and no one had this amount of stuff. Every spice you could imagine, extra tin foils, bags, a ton of Tupperware and all the kitchen stuff you could need (crockpot, big 9x13 pans, huge pot for making pasta, etc). There was ample paper products and other necessities (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, cleaning products, etc) to keep our family stocked for a full week. The hot tub and balcony out the front and back were fabulous and the little road it's on made for such a fun hike with the littles down to the stream to check out tadpoles. You are about a 20-25 min drive to then west entrance of Yellowstone but its a beautiful drive. The directions to get to the place are definitely tricky and google didn't cut it. You do have to go open a gate that says no trespassing and its a dirt road. Truly an incredible property we will hopefully be returning to!

One of the best homes I've ever stayed at!!!

This was our second time here and it was absolutely amazing. The home is beautiful pictures don't do justice. So beautiful and clean. We will be back next February. Snowmobiling trials are right by the house. My husband and I travel with work and have stayed in many homes but you will not find one like this one. You will have everything. We highly recommend this beautiful home and we are very picky but its a pop notch home! Plenty of room for three families. The host Rand is wonderful will help you with anything you might need. Thank you Rand!

Amazing!

This beautiful home was PERFECT for our family! It has everything you could possibly need. We stayed for a week with our children and grandchildren. Most of our family spent the days snowmobiling. The snow was EPIC! We really enjoyed the Grizzly Bear Discovery Center in West Yellowstone, too! Rand was so fun to deal with...and it was so fun to discover that our daughter worked with Rand's daughters! It's a small world.

Fantastic house for a group!

Our group of 10 adults loved staying here! The table was set for the 10 of us when we walked in, the house was spotless, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy and having five bedrooms and five bathrooms was amazing for five couples. We enjoyed the hot tub and the wildlife outside our door. Nearby restaurants were busy, plan to cook and enjoy the evening at this comfy house.

Wonderful Multi-Family Gathering Place

We had such a wonderful stay at Serenity Pines! We had two families with 7 kids total, plus a set of grandparents. There was room for all of us to spread out and relax. The towels and bedding at this house were wonderful! Plenty of towels for all of us, including separate towels for the hot tub. We especially loved that there were cozy throw blankets throughout the house for us to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed, and we appreciated access to the spice cupboard so that we didn’t have to purchase a bunch of seasonings that we might use once while cooking. We had a couple of minor issues while we were at the house, but the host was very responsive and helpful with resolving them quickly. Had a great stay and would recommend this place to any of our family and friends.

Beautiful home in Island Park, Idaho

This home was absolutely beautiful. We had eleven people in our group & we stayed for a week. The house was perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own space & we had areas where we could all be together to play games, watch the Olympics, or sit outside on the front or back porches. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub, or took walks along the river nearby. The house was immaculate & was fully stocked with anything you needed for cooking. We appreciated the dish washing detergent, laundry soap, toilet paper & paper towel. It wasn’t just a small starter packet but more than enough for a week. Lots of bath/hand towels, the showers had large dispenser of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash! This is our 4th house we have rented for our family vacations & I will say this one topped them all in cleanliness & being stocked with all that we needed. The owners were extremely easy to reach when I had questions about the house. It is also close to the west entrance to Yellowstone.

Lovely house

We really enjoyed our stay here at Serenity Pines. The house was beautifully maintained and was stocked with everything we would need. We really appreciated the house having tin foil and plastic baggies for food storage. The host was easily reachable and friendly. The only down side was that we were expecting a little more seclusion. There was another rental property above the garage next door which was less than 25 feet from this property. I was expecting 1.4 acres to have a little more space from others. Other than that the place was great and would recommend it.

Why they chose this property

We loved this location because of everything it has to offer summer and winter. Lake access was a must. Privacy of the woods was a must. A grand beautiful new cabin was a must.
