Great location- one block away grocery store, drug store, beautiful park to walk/relax in and wonderful restaurants. Unfortunately the living room carpet was soiled with animal urine. I just rolled it up and put it in front closet. Owner immediately responded and will replace it for future guests. Also, there is only one functioning elevator. Overall we enjoyed the apartment.
