This Beach House Rental is located at 312 Webster Ave in Seaside Heights. This house has across both floors 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and 3 pullout couches. This property is great for Large family rentals during July, August, and September.

We often have large groups or family reunions rent all 3 houses listed in these 3 ads. They form a big self contained complex.


In July, August, and Sept. this property and all surrounding properties are rented only to families with young children welcomed as we offer a quiet family environment during this time.



In July and August again we rent to families only. The cost for this rental house is $3,325- per week. Our weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday only.

This 312 Webster Ave house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths across both floors and then has 3 pullout couches additionally. It is a short walk to either the beach/boardwalk or the Bay. Has all conveniences including, central air conditioning, two flat screen TVs, WIFI, common laundry room on property with several coin operated washers/dryers, natural gas grill so never have to worry about propane tanks running out, large Concrete/paver patio, outside sand shower, and off-street parking for 3 cars. We also provide 6 Seasonal Beach badges for your use (A $78/day value.) Close to Boardwalk and Amusements, Island Beach State Park, and one hour from Atlantic City. A great family place.

The 2nd floor of the house has two bedrooms and one tile bath, and also has two pull out couches (one located in the living room and one in the side sun porch room). This floor also has an open eat in kitchen and living room with tile floor. The bathroom and Kitchen both have new granite countertops and tile backsplash. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds.


The 1st floor of the house also has 2 bedrooms and one full tile bath, and a pullout queen sized couch. This floor also has complete kitchen with Granite countertops and new appliances. Both Bedrooms have queen sized beds.

Awesome homebase for our shore trip

We had an amazing time staying at Joe’s property. The space was ideal for us. We came with 2 families (parents and 3 kids; parents and 1 kid) and we were able to have tons of room for everyone. The house is an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, even for our 3 year old. The courtyard is huge and we spent almost every night grilling and relaxing outside after the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay, very convenient location

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The layout was perfect for our group, with an upstairs/downstairs configuration allowing privacy for the two groups while still being able to be fully together. Four full bedrooms and three pullout couches were in our units. The units were well equipped with full kitchens, cookware, appliances like blender and coffee makers. We brought sheets, blankets towels etc as directed. The WiFi was sufficient for me to work remotely and the air conditioner kept the temperature perfect even in high heat. It was an easy five minute flat walk to the boardwalk so we felt like we could come and go anytime. The included beach passes were appreciated. Parking for three vehicles was included but there was also available in street parking and a lot at the end of the road our visitors used without issue. Joe was easygoing and nice to work with. I’d stay here again happily!

Great crash pad for a week of sailboat racing

We (a group of nine adults) rented both units- upper and lower. Both were very clean and everything worked well. We liked having laundry facilities on site. The seven beds were comfortable, especially considering some were pull-out couches. It was great to have 3 parking spaces. Joe Scuderi was very responsive and flexible, fun to talk to, and full of information. We had read the description of the property carefully, so we knew some in our group would not have private bedrooms, and that worked fine for us as we all got up to go to our competition at the same time. We almost forgot we needed to bring linens and towels, but we saw that in the documents at the last minute. Overall, the place worked great for us and I would rent it again if our sailing competition returns to the area.

Great house near the beach and boardwalk!!

Great house that is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The house sleeps 14 people and has 2 kitchens and a grill. Joe was great to work with and answered all my email questions promptly and was nearby, once we arrived. There were 6 beach passes provided, that saved us alot of money. The driveway fits 3 cars easily and there is street parking, too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

2 family property

We enjoyed our first visit to Seaside Heights. The property was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. This place is rented as one but is actually 2 apartments (one on first floor, one on second). It worked out great for my daughter, son-in-law, and 5 year old to have their own place and for us (and our son sans wife) to have our own place when the little one needed some down time. The internet had a strong enough signal for all 3 of them to work remotely too. Having beach badges and 3 parking spaces were all added bonuses. Just be sure you bring your own pillows and blankets too in addition to bed sheets etc. Joe was great to deal with and very responsive (when I told him the first floor coffee pot wasn’t working we had a new one by that evening) to any questions or concerns. If it wasn’t for my handicapped husband being in declining health I would probably stay there again but we made it work for him and had a nice vacation. Just a side note if you have a handicapped person with a placard or plate - parking in municipal spaces is free!

Heartwarming memories

Thanks to Joe and Darlene for providing an exceptional rental experience. We rented two of their properties for a celebration of mom’s returning health. The houses were shining clean and well within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Our 20 somethings loved the ease of going back and forth as did we. Joe's family joined us in corn hole and we are all friends now! He was immediately responsible in fixing a minor electrical problem and we felt very well cared for. We would rent from these folks again and Highly recommendation these homes to rent. Come and create memories of your own!

Great Location in Seaside Heights, located on Webster Ave which is central to everything. We are approx. 3 blocks or 16 houses from the beach/Boardwalk, a few block walk to the water park, restaurants (Hemingway's Sports Bar, Spicy's Cantina, Drifters, or Klee's are all within a 6 block walk from the house), fishing/crabbing piers, jet ski rentals, local park with tennis courts/basketball courts, etc. Were also 2 miles from Island Beach State Park which has rustic Pristine beaches, 40 minutes from Great Adventure, and 1 hour from Atlantic City. We offer on site laundry room with several coin operated washers and dryers, Lynx natural gas grills (no propane to run out), outside sand showers, central AC, WIFI, and off street parking for 3 cars. We also provide seasonal beach badges for your use during your rental. With all our properties located together, we can handle a single rental or rent a whole house or multiple houses for a family reunion or group rental in April/May/June
(NOTE : Per New Seaside Heights Town Ordinance in effect for 2024 season - 21+ person has to sign the lease agreement and is required to be staying on the property during all group rentals April-June).

Our 304 Webster Ave property (Home Away Ad #3803105 ) can sleep up to 18, our 308 Webster Ave. property (Home Away ad # HA 4786883)can sleep up to 20, and our 312 Webster property (this Home Away ad) can sleep up to 14. So small or large families or groups is not a problem.
