Toby was a great host always quick responses and accommodating. The house had great proximity to dining, entertainment and arts. The home was well stocked, immaculately maintained with ample space. Would recommend if visiting Delray Beach.

Wonderful cottage in a perfect location - close enough to walk to Atlantic Ave, but far enough away from the noise. The place was immaculate and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. Toby is great at communicating quickly to any needs. Highly recommend!

All went well with the stay. The host communicated well. He allowed us to get in earlier than the 5 pm check in with an extra charge. Please note that there are not two individual beds in the second bedroom. It’s a full size bed and a twin trundle bed in a relatively small room. All else was just fine.

Thank you for staying, glad we were able to accomodate your early check in request! We appreciate the feedback but just want to make note that the second room does have a Queen sized bed(not a full) and also has a pull out twin trundle bed.
