Just minutes from downtown Gilbert/Heritage district, Topgolf, SanTan Village and a variety of great attractions! Short drive to Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tempe.

3 bedrooms have king beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen bedroom. Each room has a smart tv.

Keep the doors locked when you are away from the property
Make sure windows, back yard doors and backyard gates are secure.

NOISE LEVEL
Please keep noise to a minimum, specially after 10 pm to respect the neighbors
