My booking calendars between platforms were supposed to sync automatically, and notify me of any bookings. Unfortunately this did not happen and I did not realize there was a reservation or a problem. The reservation notification did not come through and I did not receive the usual notifications by text or email.
I’ve already corrected the calendar sync issue and made sure the notifications are set up properly so this does not happen again
I sincerely apologize that this happened.
