REACH OUT DIRECTLY FOR WINTER RENTAL. This property is located on the 13th fairway of the Quechee Club's Highland Golf Course. The association is the CLOSEST to the club, just down the street you can walk or rent a golf cart at just 1/2 mile away. With 3 Master size bedrooms each with their own full baths, this home is made for friends or family who are looking for accommodations where no one is skimped on a room! One master is on the ground floor with outside access to the patio. The views are beautiful and serene.

Driveway fits 2 cars, with guest parking directly across the unit. a brand new Weber grill and outdoor furniture. Home was purchased in Fall 2017 so almost all furnishings are brand new including two wonderful deep lounge chairs for relaxing, with BRAND NEW linens and towels.

We take pride in our home and want you to have a wonderful time. Games/puzzles are provided including Yahtzee, Cards Against Humanity, Dominoes, cards as well as toys & games for the little ones. We provide family friendly essentials like a pack-n-play, Lobster chair (highchair that attaches to the counter), a tee-pee with lights (stored in closet, you can take out for the kids), step stool, toddler soccer chair, and toys. Pets are considered with advance approval required.

The location is PERFECT for anyone wanting to be as close as possible to the Quechee Club, and very easy access to Woodstock. Only a 20-25 minute drive to Dartmouth/Hanover.

The location of this property was perfect. Easy to get to everything and in a quiet area. However, it is very dated and needed some extra cleaning.!!! The oven was disgusting, the steps were not vacuumed and the towels were old and stained.

Hi Jackie, I have had a discussion with the cleaner regarding the cleaning complaints to Ensure that does not happen again. We have never received that feedback so may have been an off-day for her, but understand there is no excuse for your experience. The furniture is as-advertised in photos, some items are newer. We are Constantly updating the house every year. While some projects remain, the house is NOT dated. The kitchen is brand new, gut renovated a year ago, including all new appliances, counters, and cabinets. There is new AC, The floors throughout the entire house are wide plank and are Brand new this year. 2 newly renovated gut renovated bathrooms. We had the popcorn ceilings removed. A new patio and driveway put in. So, while there’s still work to do In replacing some furniture pieces, our pricing is reflective of that, and we are working with an interior designer to swap out much of the furniture this year. That said, beds have already been done, mattresses are all new. I have ordered all new towels as a result of your feedback. Thank You, Jenna

Wonderful stay in Quechee!

We had an incredible time at this lovely home in Quechee. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the cozy fireplace and spacious kitchen, perfect for cooking family meals.The location was ideal—close to all the local attractions, including the Quechee Club (skiing, Skating and Sledding) the Quechee Gorge and some great hiking trails. It was also just a short drive to nearby towns for shopping and dining. The host was communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless.Overall, this was a perfect getaway spot. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

After selling our family home we knew there was no other option but to maintain our roots, and Quechee is the perfect place for relaxing weekend getaways, hitting the slopes, and family vacations.
