Step through the signature red front door into a bright tiled foyer with a handrailed oak staircase and a charming gallery wall. The main level flows beautifully from room to room: a fully equipped kitchen with warm oak cabinetry, gas range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space opens through a pass-through window to a sunny breakfast nook with country-style blue valances and seating for 4. Just beyond, the formal dining area seats 6 at a handcrafted Shaker-style table with Windsor chairs under a wrought-iron chandelier—perfect for family dinners and game nights.

The spacious living room is anchored by a gas fireplace with polished granite surround, white mantel, and built-in shelving, with a glass door leading directly out to the private deck. Curl up on the corduroy sofa with a book, fire up the fireplace on a chilly night, or browse the floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelf stocked with board games for an easy night in.

The main-level primary bedroom is a true retreat with a king bed, vaulted ceiling with exposed beam, wall-to-wall carpet, and a wall of windows framing peaceful wooded views. A classic black rocking chair adds Vermont character, and the walk-in closet with full-length mirror keeps things organized. The private ensuite bath features a walk-in shower, and the laundry room is conveniently tucked right around the corner.

Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms off a skylit landing with a cozy reading nook—the queen bedroom with TV is roomy enough to spread out, and the twin bedroom (with a trundle for an extra guest) is perfect for kids. Both share a full hallway bath with with a tub/shower combo, plus each has a walk-in closet.

Head downstairs to the expansive finished lower level—an entertainment zone built for groups. The recreation room features a second living area with cozy seating, an electric fireplace, and large TV for movie nights, plus a Harvard ping pong table (paddles and balls included) and a full-size pool table. A third full bathroom with shower rounds out this level.

After a day exploring Quechee Gorge, skiing at Killington or Okemo, golfing at the Quechee Club, hiking nearby trails, or dining at local favorites, step out onto the private back deck to settle into the quiet of the woods.
