Six (6) vehicles max allowed to park on both driveway and garage combined. No street parking and no lawn parking is allowed per community rules.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 8:30 am Strictly Enforced! Lous music and excessive noise at anytime are prohibited. Please respect the neighbors.

House was spacious, communication was great, and we were able to get in early! The location was nice and quiet— but it was also just a quick trip to the beach!

The house was very clean and exactly as described in listing. Had problems with the front door lock and hot tub didn't work and was cold but all in all great stay. Very nice neighborhood.
