Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used towels/bedsheets/linens and place them on the ground in the bathroom with washer and dryer please.
Please gather all garbage and take the garbage out to the bin out the side door. There are recycling bins and trash bins for disposals.
Please turn off all lights and leave the A/C temp set at 72 degrees when checking out. Make sure all doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

overall it was great, just needs a few things added to the property! needs mirrors in all the bedrooms, maybe measuring spoons and measuring cups and bottle opener in kitchen, broom and dust pan and lights above the kitchen table and round table..we had a great time and we were close to everything including cedar point , sports force park and nickel plate beach . the place was super clean when we arrived . Bed linens were very clean and plenty of towels . pots and pans were adequate and plenty of dishes , bowls and glasses. plenty of toilet paper but could have had a few more rolls of paper towels. Great view of Cedar point. The kids really enjoyed fishing from the outside dock. overall we give it a 10!!!!!!!!

Our trip to Sandusky exceeded every expectation! This home was the perfect place to stay and an ideal home base with quick and convenient access to Cedar Point, Kelleys Island, and Put-in-Bay, making it easy to enjoy a variety of adventures without spending all day driving.After busy days of exploring, we loved coming back to the house. It gave our family the perfect amount of space to spread out, relax, and decompress before the next day’s adventures. It truly felt like a home away from home.Every destination was unique and memorable from the thrilling rides at Cedar Point, the relaxed beauty of Kelleys Island, and the fun atmosphere of Put-in-Bay. We were also pleasantly surprised by how amazing the local food was. Every place we ate was delicious, and there were so many great options to choose from. But you have to try the Perch! Even though we live 11 hours away, this vacation was absolutely worth the drive. We made so many wonderful memories, and by the time we left, we were already talking about coming back. Sandusky has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorite vacation destinations, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend both this home and the Sandusky area to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing trip!
