We had a fantastic stay. This was a perfect house for a large group. The house was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable with a lot of spaces to gather. We particularly enjoyed the movie theater and the outdoor seating area with the fire pit and fantastic view of the city. The outdoor kitchen and eating area was also pleasant and nicely done. We did not end up using the pool as I was not aware we had to let them know ahead of time that we would want to use the pool. For this time of year, we would have wanted it heated, but didn’t want to pay the fee when it would take a couple of days to heat and rain was in the forecast. The pool area looked great though and had the weather cooperated we would have enjoyed it. The only caveat is that this is not a great house if you have mobility issues. There is a long steepish concrete staircase to get in and out of the main house. The railing for the bottom half of the stair case needs to be sanded and repainted, as it seemed using it might lead to splinters. There is a step-case to get into the casita as well. That being said, it was apparent the host really wanted us to enjoy the space and took pains to add special features that my group really enjoyed.
