About the host
Hosted by Bethany

I’m a Real Estate Broker and full time mama of 3. My husband and I have lived in Sequim Washington for 13 years. My husband and I have redone a few old homes and love the detailing that goes into it. We love adventures in the outdoors and spending time with our family and friends.
Why they chose this property
Our home is the original 1914 farm house on the property that remains on 3 acres up on the hill looking out on the Olympic Mountains. The sunsets are magnificent here. This location is close to town and amenities but still in the country area. If you are into the festivals that our town has to offer this place is centrally located to the Carrie Blake Park and the Lavender Farms. Only a few minute drive and you are at the beach, bluffs, river, Olympic Game Farm, Dungeness Spit, Olympic Discovery Trail or marina.
What makes this property unique
This 1914 home has been fully refurbished and renovated. We did our best to maintain the original details and trim work. There is over 115 year old stone wall, a very old apple tree in the front of the home and deer are often lingering in the yard. Walk up under the huge old oak trees and take in the beautiful sunsets or enjoy them from inside sitting on the window seats. This home is very relaxing and comfortable to enjoy your stay.
