The Charlotte's Farmhouse was perfect for what we needed.We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the fact that there was lots of dishwashing detergent. There was some butter to be able to cook with there was soap in all the bathrooms. All those things are so helpful especially when you're out in the countryside and there's not a grocery store nearby and you're only staying for a couple of days. Very thoughtful.In addition we fit all our family members perfectly. We highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful get away. Easy drive into State College) Penn State. The hosts were beyond 5 stars. Their communication, flexibility, and hosting abilities were all fantastic.

The property far exceeded our expectations. Upon entering you immediately feel welcome and at home. Great for gatherings with friends and family. The kitchen is well appointed with every imaginable utensil, plate, platter and glassware. We didn't even have an opportunity to enjoy it all, but our stay was very comfortable. Great communication from the host, very accommodating and concerns with the reservation we4 promptly and very adequately handled. The relative easy drive to Penn State made it very suitable for our needs.
