Welcome to The Pick—your modern, music-inspired St. Augustine escape in the heart of everything. This stylish 3BR/2BA features a king suite, hot tub, and shaded paver patio perfect for grilling, relaxing and making memories.

Only a 5 minute walk to the Amp, and less than 5 minutes from spectacular beaches, historic downtown, the lighthouse, the Alligator Farm, and more. With our personalized guidebook full of local recommendations, this is the perfect “pick” for your next getaway.


You will fall in love with The Pick the moment you walk through the tastefully-chosen frosted glass front door. Comfort and style is married with just enough vibrant decor to make you feel like you're on vacation, and plush furniture meant to make you feel at home. The living and dining area is open concept and the kitchen island is perfect for enjoying coffee, wine and conversation with your people. Here you'll also find your coffee bar and wine fridge.

And yes, we provide coffee and a few snacks for your check in :)

Step to the back patio and you'll find ample seating, a BBQ grill ready with accessories and propane, a fire pit, and a gorgeous hot tub. The back yard is fully fenced to make you and your 4 legged family members feel secure enjoying a night under the stars.

Your master bedroom features a king bed, Roku TV, and an ensuite master bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom two also features its own TV, queen bed and plenty of closet space. And finally bedroom three features a queen bunk bed - perfect for guests or kids to enjoy their stay in St. Augustine.

Our families have chosen St. Augustine as our vacation spot for four decades and we want to provide a space for you to make memories with your people at the Pick!

We allow up to two dogs during your stay - that fee will be included in your reservation. Just be sure to add your pups to the reservation page. We do love cats but unfortunately cannot host feline friends at The Pick.

Our amazing cleaners are usually on a tight schedule. We try to allow early check ins when possible but often need that time to get The Pick just right for your stay.

Booked a Christmas family trip at the Pick - y’all thought of everything! The lighted Christmas tree was so welcoming! We had the best home away from home. Convenient location, easily accessible for everything we had planned! Host was very responsive. Backyard was perfect for our fur babies and relaxing environment after a full day of site seeing. This home was one of the most clean we’ve stayed at! Loved our trip, we will definitely be back :) Merry Christmas!

We were in town for a concert at the amphitheater. Was a short walk over from the house. Also went to the farmers market on Saturday in the amphitheater parking lot. Would recommend. Was nice. The house was comfortable and clean. Easy access from the location to other parts of town. Seating area in back was comfortable for us. Good accommodation for our stay. Expect I'll be back in town for concerts in the future, and will plan on staying in The Pick again. Not mentioned in the listing, so don't know if they will be there into the future, but there were 2 guitars available inside the unit. Gave me a chance to get in some practice while there. A little picking each day goes a long way toward making my day a good one!
