A stylish, comfortable retreat, convenient to everything!

This is a beautifully furnished, luxury two bedroom one bath apartment with a full kitchen. It is conveniently located right off US Highway 127, in a small neighborhood next to a scenic horse farm. The place is spacious, relaxing, quiet and comfortable! The location is close to many other small towns and also to historic sites worth exploring. There are several Amish communities nearby, as well as many trails to hike and explore along rivers in rural areas and state parks. We also visited a nearby Bourbon distillery and several excellent wineries. The natural beauty of the countryside in this area is awesome! The hostess, Dee, is an engaging conversationalist; she is knowledgable about the area, and can provide good advice and suggestions for the nearby activities and attractions. Dee even accompanied us on several of our excursions! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Evolve destination and recommend it highly!

Dee was friendly and went to extra lenth to ensure we we comfortable and had the food we requested. Very spacious and clean accommodation with plenty of amenities.

Very easy to find. Dee contacted us prior to the trip to get details on what we like so to make it very pleasant stay. Job well done.

The hostess was very hospitable, but there were rules that we were not prepared for such as no shoes allowed in the apartment and no eating outside of the kitchen. We were informed at the last minute that a houseguest of the hostess's would be sharing a bathroom with us, so we opted out of using that bathroom at all, but nevertheless disconcerting that someone else had potential access to our living area. There is no key for the apartment so it cannot be locked unless you are in it. The beds are very high, so not accessible for the elderly or for anyone with mobility issues. Very clean and well maintained.

Unexpected rules upon arrival. No food allowed in any room but kitchen Cannot wear shoes in home No key for the house Owner controls A/C Owner ask uncomfortable questions about Politics and Religion So many glass items and Lamps you were afraid to move around for fear of breakage Very clean Owner had lots of info about area But would not have rented this place if all of the rules had been on the listing
