There are two large closets, a large bathroom with tub/shower, a Murphy bed, a dining table that seats 4, a living area with comfy seating and TV, and an efficiency kitchen with sink, two burners, under counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and cabinets stocked with all the essentials. There is a river view from the windows and when they are open you can enjoy the relaxing sounds of the Pemigewasset flowing past. Take advantage of the recreation on-site - lake with beaches, tennis courts, walking trail, playground, basketball hoops, ice skating in winter, indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, weight and cardio rooms, racquetball/wally-ball courts, video game room, pool table, air hockey and ping pong. Or explore the area and visit nearby Loon Mountain (ski shuttle in winter), Cannon Mountain, The Flume, Lost River, The Kancamagus, and Ice Castles. North Woodstock and Lincoln have lots of great shops and restaurants for when you don't feel like preparing your own meals!

Why they chose this property

I live in the city so I was looking for someplace to relax, someplace where I could see nature outside my windows instead of my neighbors' windows looking back at me. Maybe hear a river and birds instead of cars and people. I found that in Deer Park! And it's the best of both worlds because right outside the property there are restaurants, shops, and plenty to do in any season. I love it!
