Own and manage by owners. The villa is located within El Conquistador, but there is no access to the hotel facilities. However, we have one infinity pools within Las Casitas and a bar with impressive views. Our cleaning and maintenance team is highly reliable. Feel free to ask any questions.

Guests of Las Casitas Village enjoy exclusive access to one private pools, a relaxing Jacuzzi, and a delightful Spanish tapas restaurant. NOTE: There is NO access to the Hotel.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay for a week in Puerto Rico! We are a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The grounds were immaculate, as well as very secure and safe. We were surprised to learn that the villa was actually two technically separate apartment style living spaces as one villa. This allowed our children to have an upstairs "suite" with their own balcony, full bathroom, and mini kitchen which was a bonus for teens. However, if travelling with young children, this might not work so well. Additionally, if travelling with someone with mobility issues, this might not be the place for you.There is a definite split between the Casistas and the adjacent hotel and what is available to guests. Guests through VRBO do not have access to the boat to the private island, any morning coffee shops, golf cart pick ups, or the water park. We spent plenty of time by one of the infinity pools. Despite the listing, we were denied access to the lower infinity pool as that is for use for owners only. This was disappointing, but not essential. The area of Farjardo was a nice jumping off point to do many activities on the East coast. Would definitely stay here again, but just know a little more now to be more prepared. Our villa is located within the grounds of El Conquistador Resort (Las Casitas Village), but we don’t have access to hotel amenities as described in our listing. Our casita is independently managed and booked separately from the Hotel. However, Guests who wish to enjoy hotel amenities can do so by booking through the resort, where rates for similar two-bedroom accommodations (as our Villa) are typically around $1,200–$1,400 per night, depending on the season. Our Casitas include the following amenities exclusively for our guests: • A beautiful infinity pool (must try with views to Culebras and Vieques) with jacuzzi; we had access to two infinity pool now access to the lower infinity is limited; however there are Two additional regular pools; A outdoor restaurant within the village; access to the Arthur Hills golf course. •For guests who love cooking, we provide a full basic kitchen (and private kitchenette) setup including essential appliances, a blender, a full oven, microwave, and more. If there’s anything additional we are always happy to help—just let us know! Thanks again for the feedback! Hope to host you again.
