Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We booked the room. We were told we will be receiving room key code the day of and it never happened. The host/owner stiffed us and left us stranded. We had to scramble trying to find a place to stay. It was very frustrating. Very unprofessional. Disappointing.
