This brand-new build is a spacious 2,275 sq ft retreat, ideal for bachelorette parties, family gatherings, weekend celebrations, and more, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests.
Step inside to discover three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, open living areas, and modern amenities that make gathering easy and enjoyable. Bedrooms include two Queen-over-Queen bunk rooms and a king suite with two twin fold-out chairs, plus the living room features a full-size sleeper sofa—plenty of space for everyone.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee starter set, blender, and everything you need to create home-cooked meals. Ample dining between the six person dining table and six person eat in kitchen island. Relax in the open living space on the large section couch with a cozy fireplace, enjoy music on Bose speakers, watch your favorite show on the Smart TV, or head outside to your private balcony (on the second and third floors with skyline views), perfect for unwinding. Other highlights include a reading nook, games, Insta-worthy mural and décor, and laundry room with washer/dryer for convenience (laundry pods and dryer sheets provided). We also provide lux linens, towels, and toiletries- no need to bring your own. Enjoy free on site parking for up to 4 cars (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway)- a rarity in Nashville!
