Perched on the east side of Dillon Reservoir, this multilevel home captures west-facing views of the water with mountain peaks in the backdrop. You’ll also have access to the seasonal community outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tub and dry sauna — the perfect way to relax after exploring everything Summit County has to offer.
The location couldn’t be better for year-round adventure. From here, you’re just minutes from the Dillon Amphitheater, Marina, and lakeside recreation path, while world-class ski resorts like Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and Breckenridge are all an easy drive away. Whether you’re here for summer concerts and paddleboarding or winter skiing and snowboarding, Centennial Townhome is the perfect basecamp.
Inside, natural light fills the townhome thanks to its west-facing design and vaulted ceilings. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and direct access to the patio overlooking the reservoir. The full kitchen is ready for anything from casual snacks to family dinners, complete with a breakfast bar, dining nook, and large dining table.
When it’s time to unwind, the upper level offers a spacious master queen suite with vaulted ceilings and a private ensuite bathroom. On the lower level, two full bedrooms share a full hallway bath with a tub/shower combo. With a thoughtful layout, plenty of gathering space, and a fantastic Dillon location, Centennial Townhome is a wonderful choice for your next Colorado getaway.
Other amenities include parking for up to two vehicles, highspeed internet and private laundry. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 26/7 should you need anything.

Excellent location,breathtaking views from nice walk-able trails off local roads. Great shared space including a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. We stayed 7 nights and the washing machine was out of order the whole stay, they did provide a partial refund. Unit is dated but everything seemed to work. Some of the heaters seemed to have electrical wiring issues and caused a bad smell of burning plastic when they turned on. Appreciated the humidifiers available in each bedroom. Hot water ran out fast for showers.
We appreciated the location to the ski resorts and to restaurants and shopping.We thought the condo could use some updating such as the oven, microwave and pots/pans along with a new mattress in one of the lower guest rooms. We were disappointed in the grill as well because it wouldn’t get hot enough to grill at colder temps. Lastly, we stayed 11nights and the washing machine didn’t work. We were refunded for a portion of the rental costs for this inconvenience.

Both rooms in lower level have beds that are collapsing and should be replaced. Kitchen and master bath faucets leak. The community hot tub and outdoor pool were closed. How can you include that feature in the listing? Overall the place is worn out. The view was great!
Excellent location - easy and quick access to Keystone. Very nice condo which was mostly as advertised. The notable exception was that the washer was broken. We brought this to the attention of the property manager and initially got a prompt response which ultimately led to the recognition that a member of the facilities team would need to come out and take a look at it. After this point, we received no information regarding the timing of when someone was coming out. Then after they came out we received no indication of what the results of the evaluation were until I sent a follow up text asking for an update. After some time lag I received a response saying the washer was broken and would be replaced after our departure along with a perfunctory “we regret any inconvenience.” The lack of communication and at least a gesture of regret or offering of other options to do laundry was disappointing and was a stark contrast to our otherwise good experience with the property and management company.
