Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash any used dishes and put them away.
Take out trash and place it in the outdoor bin.
Please return the gate remote to the mailbox, or place it back on the key holder inside the RV—either works fine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep the space tidy and smoke outside only. No smoking inside the RV. A 200 dollar deep clean fee may apply.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. This is a pet free stay to keep the RV clean and comfortable.
No toilet paper or wipes in the RV toilet. Plumbing is sensitive. A flush and fix service is 150 dollars. Thank you.
