Originally from Europe, my family immigrated to Orlando, FL and then Sevierville, TN 30 years ago. I began building and remodeling with my Father (Anton) at the age of 15. My intention was to become an Engineer, but I soon discovered my talent for building, and I left College to become a General Contractor in 2003. Since then, I've built more than 30 structures in the county. My plan with Oasis Retreat is to continue to develop responsibly within the environment.

Why they chose this property

I chose this 26 acre piece of land due to the 2 acre pond/lake, natural hiking trails and its proximity to town. My favorite part of the retreat is the lit fountain on Lake Anton after the sun goes down.

What makes this property unique

I utilized every tree that was necessary to be cut down for building in the elements of the cabin. Every tree had a purpose or repurpose in things such as the log railing, shelving, stairways, side tables, etc.
The retreat is eco-conscious with it's EV charging stations, recycle receptacles, and future solar field. My intent is to develop and build responsibly within the environment and the goal is to, at the least, become carbon neutral.
