The space
- The shared living space is fully equipped: Right from the entrance, there will be a shared living room with a full cafe counter, sofa, tea table, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.
- Go to the large, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area: The laundry area is equipped with a separate washing machine, clothes dryer and a small hand washing area next to it. We provide full laundry detergent in the area for you and the laundry is completely free.
- The kitchen area is fully equipped: pots, pans, dish sterilizers, and lots of cooking oil, fish sauce, and spices for basic cooking. Refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, and kettles are all fully equipped.
- The personal gym area (Share GymRoom) is located on the mezzanine floor of the building. 12m2 wide with basic exercise equipment: Treadmills, weights, multi-function exercise chairs, etc.
- In the bedroom area, each room will have a separate electronic lock and be located on a different floor: 2 double mattresses for each room, separate bathrooms with separate use areas.
- The bedrooms are like miniature apartments with full amenities: air conditioning, fan, projector, desk, mini bar, mini fridge, cups, welcome gifts, etc. Hot and cold water heater for the bathroom up to 50L (independent heating system for each apartment).
Guest access
We have created shared living spaces (Share Livingroom, Share Fully Kitchen, Share GymRoom) on the first floor of the building.
- When you arrive, you will be given 02 building access cards and a separate password for each of your bedrooms.
- 1 large living room with convenient coffee counter, fully equipped with coffee maker, coffee grinder, etc.
- 1 Laundry area: Including 6 machines: 3 washing machines, 3 dryers and hand washing area
- 1 fully functional kitchen, utensils
- 1 small private gym (no fee) right on the apartment premises.
- All bedrooms are fully equipped with basic functions with 2-3 layer locking system to ensure absolute safety and security.
During your stay

Other things to note
- Room rent includes: electricity, water, and housekeeping service twice a week.
- Basic items such as: Toilet paper, towels (standard 4 towels/room) will be replaced everyday.
- Upon check-in, you will see a Handbook, here we have instructions for a number of other services such as: renting motorbikes, cars, suggesting car booking applications, suggesting places to eat, amusement parks, etc. travel, .. breakfast order service.
- It is not allowed to use stimulants or do things that are contrary to current Vietnamese laws.
- Please provide us your Passport and Visa upon check-in so that we can proceed to declare your stay in accordance with Vietnam's regulations for you. This will keep us all safe.
