Fantastic location, just behind the boardwalk, a quick walk to beach and boardwalk. Parking off the alley was much appreciated. This home was perfect for our party of two adults and one young teen. We would definitely rent here again.

Super clean and so close to beach and boardwalk. Kimberly our host was so amazing and super accommodating! She was super responsive especially during my stay. The place was so nice I even extended my stay! Will definitely be back there again! Thank you so much Kimberly for making it a wonderful family vacation!

Absolutely great location for a family. Everything was easy. Clean and newer unit. The beach is so accessible there’s no giant commitment to having to go for the day and if you forget something or a kid needs to nap it’s that close. Excellent communication with host start to finish. Covered patio allowed me to enjoy outside even in the rain. Lots of good food options within a few minute walk. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to add some additional privacy screens or planters on the patio to break up the two units and the street view. Otherwise kudos to the hosts - it was a very relaxing stay!

Great Vacation Place!

OCNJ is awesome to begin with so finding the right place to stay is important. Coconut Grove is a fantastic location across the street from the boardwalk and beach. It had everything we needed for a great stay!

My family of four stayed here for 1 week in August. Location is perfect - end of boardwalk, and steps from the beach, and short walk to nearby restaurants and stores. Linen service is a plus.

Great 4th of July Week

We stayed here for the week of 4th of July. The property location made it such an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The parking out back made it convenient to come and go as needed. Overall great time.
