The reason I like this property is the tranquility, where you can go out to the porch to have a coffee and hear the birds sing in the morning or watch the rain fall, and at night light a bonfire and be around your family or friends.

What makes this property unique

What the property makes me feel unique is that you are in the city but you live in a country style, you don't hear the noise of the cars because it is a private street with ten houses, we find ourselves with an acre and a half of land and separate neighbors.
