Beautiful beach house in a gated community (Morada da Praia Boraceia). LED light pool and waterfall, parasol tables and chairs in the pool area, gourmet space, table for 14 people barbecue and pizza oven with 2 refrigerators including 1 high cooling.
The first house has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning accommodating 4 people, 1 bathroom, TV and dining room and kitchen with laundry and washing machine.
1st chalet with air conditioning, bathroom, sleeps up to 5 people.
2nd chale located in the back of the house, has, 1 bedroom with air conditioning bathroom, sleeps 4 people. The house has 1 double mattress.
