Fort Myers Beach Condo, Dog Friendly. Unforgettable Moments Await On FMB!

"Fort Myers Beach Strong" Come visit Ft. Myers Beach in this 2nd floor 1BD, 1BA corner unit in the A building at Estero Beach & Tennis Club (EBTC) it has reopened. Well-furnished, clean, updated (new windows and furniture), pet-friendly (see below if you are interested in traveling with your canine companion!) Sorry, we do not allow cats in the unit.

Our unit offers comfortable sleeping for up to 3 adults on the brand new king-size bed and brand new twin sofa sleeper.
Up to 3 people maximum.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and all linens (and extra sheets, pillows, towels) will be provided. A boogie board, beach chairs and cooler can all be found here to take down to the pool or beach. You can travel light and still have all the conveniences of home! Attached to the unit is an open-air lanai where you can watch the sunrise. We offer high-speed WIFI and cable in unit. Laundry facility located on site on the main floor of the building. The lobby entrance for each building requires a passcode to gain access to the elevators (the lobby door may be open to construction still going on).

There are tons of on-site activities to do on the tropical 10-acres found at EBT. You can play tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard and corn hole on the newly redone courts, take a dip in the heated pool, lay out poolside on one of the many lounge chairs, or cook your own dinner on the gas grill. Some areas are still under construction but mainly limited to the landscaping, exterior painting and lobbies.

If you'd like to explore, you don’t have to go far! Walk steps to the beautiful 7-miles of white-sand beaches. Near is the marina with fishing charters, boat, kayak, and jet-ski rentals, and dolphin/sight-seeing tours. Santini plaza located across the street has not re-opened. Their building are currently under construction.

Don't plan on bringing your car on vacation? No problem. Take the Fort Myers Beach Trolley! It will pick you up right in front of EBT on Estero Blvd. The trolley services the Island and has stops all along the beach, running from Bonita Springs to South Fort Myers near Summerlin Road. Head north to Times Square in downtown Fort Myers Beach where you can find shops, restaurants, food trucks, farmers market, live music, and a fishing pier(being rebuilt). Head south to Lovers Key State Park. Estero Beach & Tennis Club is a short 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. There are several airport taxis or car rental companies located inside the airport. There is also a CVS within walking distance and a Publix grocery store about 5 minutes away on the trolley to get anything you may need for your stay!

This unit is clean, comfortable, and designed to make your stay in Ft. Myers Beach enjoyable and worry-free. Please inquire about the discounts available certain times of the year and for stays longer than one week!

MORE INFORMATION FOR DOG OWNERS: The Club does have size restrictions (up to ~20lbs.) and vaccination requirements, but any pets in accordance with their policies are allowed in this unit. The Club has a one pet per unit policy. Please ask for a full description of pet health requirements. The condo association asks that you use the labeled areas to let your dog use the bathroom and also that you clean up after your pet. There is a critical wildlife area on the beach behind the condo buildings that dogs are not allowed to play in, but you may walk through it with your pet to get to pet-friendly sections of the beach (all of the beach except this specific area) :)
I do charge a pet fee of $50 per dog up to 2 dogs.
