The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. It was very well-stocked with all your needs met. The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood but just a short walk to the Rockport harbor. We would rate it exceptional.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was exactly as it was listed. Very clean and well kept. A huge plus was the soap, shampoo and conditioner, k-cup pods, and small toiletry basket in each bathroom. We greatly appreciated how easy the check in process was. We were only a couple of blocks from downtown which was great for walking to restaurants and shops.

Rockport and neighboring Gloucester are among the most beautiful places in America. Imagine finding a home to stay in that is just as beautiful! That is the property. Spacious, amazingly clean and well appointed, a chef's dream kitchen and a huge backyard with games, fire pit, chairs, and several dining tables, including one for children. All of this and a location one block from the sea, with an oceanside path to stroll right on the cliffs and walkable to town. If you are heading to Cape Ann and love the ocean, this is your home away from home. I can only give it 5 stars, I wish I could give it 10.
