Perfect First Time in Siesta Key

This was such a great place to spend the weekend! It’s one block from the beach and comes with the beach wagon, which has the basics, but it’s perfect! You’re walking distance to the whole town and I would HIGHLY recommend saving grocery shopping for Morton's Siesta Market in town (you can walk) and they everything you need and their prices are the same, if not lower than all other shopping stores. They have lots of little local sweet treats and I love supporting local businesses, so win win! The condo is very clean, has everything you need and there’s enjoy space for two (three people) and the check in process and communication was great!

The place was updated and very clean. A nice little touch would’ve been even just one days worth of coffee that you expect in any hotel especially after a late night arrival and a cooler to bring to the beach would have great (was included in description). Overall, location was perfect!

Nice Stay with a minor scare

Stay was nice, close to main areas and beach. Only issue was the livingroom TV was broken, it was replaced the next morning but the contractor came in without us letting him and almost got shot. He knocked and I got up I heard door open, luckily he stuck his head only and said who he was because it could have been bad.

Close (walkable) to beach and town Village

Wonderful experience! We visited four other beaches and could not believe the quality of the quartz sand.We had a parking space and could walk a block and a half to the town to eat and shop and walk a half a block to the beach. We loved our stay! We reached out on a burned out lightbulb by our door and it was replaced within an hour. Needed a couple extra towels and they supplied it to us as we talked to The the girl who was cleaning the place.

Very well located property for my wife and I with our small dog. Excellent condition, clean and very quiet. Only block to beach as well as short walk to Siesta Key Village shops and restaurants. Met some very nice people in the the other apartments! Very nice!

Amazing Location!

This property was perfectly located, less then a block from beach access and about 2 blocks from the main downtown area. This made it super convenient to come and go. Everything inside the room is brand new, super cozy, clean and inviting! Beach chairs & beach towels were also available, which was super helpful since we flew into town and didn't have all of our gear with us. Even a slight view of the ocean right from your front door!

Perfect!

Place is even better than the pictures seem! Everything was so clean, stocked with everything you would need and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is a good size (not cramped at all!) and clean with a great shower. The location to the beach is amazing - the street is really quiet but a two minute walk and you are at the beach. You can walk or ride bikes to the shops, restaurants and little market in town but Sarasota is also just a short car ride away. The communication from the Cottages on the Keys was very helpful. They checked in several times before and during our stay and said someone was available 24/7. We will definitely be staying again and thank you to the Cottages on the Keys group for making our stay wonderful!

Loved it!!!

This is such a great place to stay! The property provided all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy everything, from beach chairs to grilling utensils! The only “issue” we experienced, was a cold shower. The water never turned warm. However, we found that very refreshing when coming off the hot beach. So, it’s really a matter of preference. Other than that, we enjoyed every bit of it! Can’t wait to go back to Siesta Key!

Place was as advertised. Great location and was perfect for a family of 4 with small children. Yes i wish it was bigger, but it worked. The ONLY negative was the bed and is why its not 5 stars. Both my wife and I had hurt backs the entire trip. They really need to prioritize a new mattress for the unit...it was awful and I was still in pain 3 days after we left. If they replace the bed, i will 100% be back. If they do not, I will never be back. I believe there are other reviews that had similar comments about the bed.

Location, location, location! This property has it all! You can see the ocean from the balcony, it is 400 ft walk to the ocean. It is a very quiet neighrborhood and I felt very safe here. There are beach chairs and floaties available in a cart that you can wheel down to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 500 ft walking distance. The trolley can take you around town if you wish. But this area of the beach is the BEST! I would defintely pick this property again. Kitchen, microwave, all the amenities. You will have to buy your own coffee and anything to eat. The bed is very firm and the pillows are way overstuffed (bring your own)so if you are used to a soft bed, that is the only drawback. Lovely outside courtyard with table chairs and a hammonk for relaxing. Beautiful place!! Thank you for making this a wonderful vaca!
