Great place to stay.

You truly do not need a vehicle to stay here. You can literaly walk to EVERYTHING within 3 to 5 min. A very comfortable, cute and welcoming place.

Great Location/Uncomfortable Setting

Pros: -extremely clean -good hot water -good water pressure in shower -fan/light combo in living room, bedroom, & kitchen -yellow chair was comfortable -plenty of towels & towel hanging bars -great location; we walked to everything -pool area was clean and enjoyable -host was quick to answer our questions -welcome bag for quests was a nice useful touch Cons: -no storage space other than hangers in closet; we had to live out of our suitcases. There is a laundry basket on floor of closet. (A good idea would be to get rid of it and put a low set of drawers in there.) -no where to put suitcases! The bed only has 'walk around" space, so we set the 2 kitchen chairs next to chaise & set luggage there (little table in pic is gone) -couch is basically a box w/2" cushions; extremely uncomfortable -bed is a good size but it sinks in the middle -bathroom is TINY! Tight fit in shower and no vanity space at all. -no kitchen counter space due to layout (one 2 x 2 corner between sink and stove) If you plan to cook, this will be a problem. -lighting was difficult in living room-either all dark or use the dimmable overhead ceiling light (A floor lamp or small lamp on shelf would be great for guests who read.) -regular "heat" setting did not produce heat, so make sure to use "emergency heat" setting if needed This rental is cute and colorful and inviting. With just a few changes, it could be almost perfect!

Thanks for you review we take reviews seriously, this is our smallest unit and is really meant for couples, and advertised that way. We did have a problem with the heat however that has been fixed and new AC furnace installed. The sofa has also been replaced. We appreciate your honest evaluation
