NafplioBlu offers elegant luxury accommodation for 6-8 people with and amazing panoramic views over the Aegean Sea. The villa of 180m² is comprised of large living room/kitchen/dining room opening to the spacious terrace and pool area and three bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) on two floors. Outdoor features include an infinity swimming pool, outdoor BBQ, a terraced garden, parking. Sun and wind protected terraces and modern air-conditioning make the villa an ideal home all year round.

Designed by the award winning architect Katerina Valsamaki and opened in March 2019 NafplioBlu is close to Nafplio, the first capital of modern Greece. Surrounded by the mountains of the Peloponnese, the hillside villa provides you with amazing panoramic views across the Aegean Sea and the valley of Asini. Large sliding windows, sun and wind protected terraces and modern air-conditioning make the villa an ideal home all year round.

The intensity of colour is breathtaking: the shimmering blue Argolic Gulf, lush islands, the ever-green valley with its orange and lemon plantations and terraced hills of silver olive trees.

The villa has been adapted to the landscape and offers everything our guests can expect from luxury accommodation.

The sensation each visitor feels when entering the villa with its breathtaking views, infinity pool and modern but warm architecture will never cease to captivate you.

Beautiful home with a perfect view!

My family loved our week at Napflio Blue so much we didn't want to leave. The house is stunning with everything you need to have a great stay. We enjoyed Napflio and Tolo beach, they locals are extremely helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back.

A Perfect Place!

My wife and I stayed at NafplioBlu for a week. We were blown away!! The location, the views, and condition of the home are all 10 Stars! Anda and Peter were perfect managers. Very responsive to any of our questions. We have stayed in quite a few vacation properties in the past and we were very impressed with how the home was equipped. Pots, pans, glassware, and best of all, sharp knives. It is clear the place is not just a rental. The owners obviously use it as well. A very beautiful property. We hope to be back!!

A work of art...

Without doubt, the most amazing villa we have ever stayed at. Spectacular. We didn't want to leave. Swimming in the infinity pool... with that view. THAT VIEW! - We have tried really hard to find fault with Nafplioblu. We have failed. I could go on and on. We are planning a return visit.

Fantastic Home, as good, if not better than photos. Amazing view. Wonderful pool. Comfortable space for 7 people (2 children). Slightly adventurous uphill dirt/gravel road to reach property, but worth it! Great privacy despite windows and light everywhere (blackouts for sleeping in the AM). Looks brand new. Good hot water shower. Good location that is accessible to Nafplio, several good beaches, to Tolo for closer restaurants. Nemea (wine tasting) and great Archeological sites (Mycenae, Epidauros, etc) are also relatively close. Highly recommend.

Stunning property with amazing views

Thanks to Oscar and the team at NafplioBlu for our stay in July 2019. The villa was outstanding, whether its relaxing by the pool with its amazing views, cooking great food and eating on the terrace or hanging out in a peaceful living room. Wherever you are in the house, day or night, there are always stunning views and the thoughtful architecture help fill the house with a sense of calmness. Even the teenagers where impressed!!Exploring the local area with its amazing heritage, food and wine was great fun. There are lots of ancient heritage sites within easy reach of the villa - great for combining culture with beaches and hanging out. NafplioBlu is the perfect place to recharge the batteries.

Absolutely perfect!

Oscar’s home is truly wonderful! Everything was sparkling clean and we had all the amenities we could have thought of. The location is perfect for exploring the Peloponnese and day tripping to Athens. Anda (the house manager) was very responsive and everything was done in a timely manner. The view is truly spectacular and the swallows that fly around the house make it even more picturesque. Also a bonus, the beds are super comfy and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay again!
