Loved the property. We did think it was closer to the beach, but the gold cart made up for that! Especially with littles! The house was beautiful! The whole process was easy and being in contact with our host post hurricane made it a lot easier to also. We were worried and they assured us all would be okay, and it was!

We loved our stay! It was extremely clean and better than we could’ve imagined. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It was perfect for our families. The teenage boys (grandkids) loved it and my 89 year old mother was right at home. There was plenty of space for us not to be on top of each other. The hosts were totally amazing. They always responded promptly every time we needed something! I highly recommend this property.

The property was perfect for vacation with our whole family! (Grandkids and great grandparents included!) The hosts always responded quickly and were very helpful in preparing for a family member with mobility issues! The elevator allowed our elderly parents to enjoy family time!

The house was incredible! We had 3 families staying in the house and its plenty large enough for large groups. Lots of separation options and large enough to all join together. Supplies in the house were perfect for cooking some meals and staying in. Unfortunately 6 of our group fell to some flu like virus, but house was cozy and big enough that we were able to get through it. The provided golf cart was a HUGE help in shuttling items and kids to the beach and running short trips in the area. The community pool, basketball court, and sand volleyball was awesome being so close to house. Gorgeous house, great trip, and even better hosts! Will come here again!

Great location

We loved having the pool and tennis courts so close to the house. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy that the community pool was heated and could be used during our stay over Christmas break!

Family Vacation

This is our seventh year to visit Destin. This house was one of our favorites. Very clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent and the golf cart was a wonderful addition to our stay. Loved our family time making memories in your house!

Big Family Home with Great Amenities

Nice roomy home, the 3 kitchens were more than we needed, the amenities- pool, golf cart, tennis courts and beach volleyball- were a huge hit with our family, the location near the beach is good, the private beach area is a bit small, the kitchen is stocked great for cooking for a crowd; overall super nice stay!

It was a beautiful 3 story house! We had a total of 19 people (8 adults, 2 teenagers, and 9 children) and everyone was comfortable. I believe the teenagers and one adult slept on couches. It was a short nice walk to our private section of the beach. The community pool was basically in the back yard. It was so convenient! Not much on site parking, but the overfill parking was walking distance.
