Very sunny, clean and recently updated - 4 bedrooms, 2 bath home, (one bed is in separate in-law with bathroom) ranch, within walking distance to Good Harbor Beach! The layout includes main house, a great deck, with grill, PLUS a separate entry, lower level studio efficiency ~ with additional full size bed, bathroom/shower, sitting area with TV, extra coffee maker, fridge and microwave. This entire property rental includes full backyard access, complete with hammock and extra cafe table/chairs, and up to 4 parking spaces in driveway. We also provide games, beach chairs (5) and one boogie board!
We are only a 6-8 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach. House has a Zen-like vibe, simple, clean with an open, relaxed feeling. 5 minute walk to Shaws, StopnShop, Cape Ann Coffee, Nino's Scoops ice cream, liquor store and pharmacy. The custom deck, with little white lights~ is perfect for grilling and lounging as the sun is setting. The lower level can be separately rented, with a separate entry, studio efficiency, so if you wish to book the entire property, book soon! The studio fills up quickly because of demand for hotel rooms in the area.

Nice getaway

The property had everything we needed. Julee is a great host and was extremely responsive - proactive even, which is surely appreciated when you book a property sight unseen. We spent a ton of time on the deck socializing and inside worked perfectly for our group. Great location too!

Clean and close to the beach

Great location - close to beach and groceries, etc. Very clean. Julee is a wonderful host - quick to respond to any questions and takes pride in her property. Linens and towels all very fresh and clean and new. Kitchen and bathrooms clean and updated. Kitchen well-stocked with sufficient dishes, utensils and cookware. Plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and one dog.

Very nice property

There were six of us, and we wanted to stay within walking distance of Good Harbor Beach. This property fit that bill, as the foot bridge is 1/2 mile away. All six of us had a great experience there. The property was clean, nicely decorated, had a lot of amenities, and was very convenient to the grocery store (just behind the condo) and restaurants. We got lots of good information from the owner, and she was very responsive to questions. Check in process was very easy, and her rules very general and appropriate. We would definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

Om Sweet Om has a lovely deck for your dog to lounge on set far back from the street, space for 4 cars to park on a beautiful paverstone driveway with two entry/exit points. Its a beautiful neighborhood - just a short walk up from the beach, with mature, tall trees and quaint landscaping. Kept like a home, but rented for most of the summer, with enough detail to make it attractive, but spacious and clutter-free to make it feel like a retreat that is all yours.

What makes this property unique

This location has everything! Peaceful oasis-like road, near the beach, but also very close walking distance to grocery, ice cream, breakfast diner, pharmacy, liquor ~ what more do you need?
The new deck is comfortable and spacious with seating for 10 people at a time. Beach chairs available, linens provided, except for beach towels.
