House was just as described. Kenton was a wonderful host, went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and we had everything we needed. This was a perfect house for four of us to explore St. Louis for spring break, quick and easy access to all the attractions. Would not hesitate to stay here again when we are back in town.

Great little place in Dogtown. Nicely updated, clean, centrally located. Convenient parking as well! I would gladly rent here again. Host was incredibly responsive leading up to and during our visit as well.

This house was exactly what we needed for our abbreviated spring break trip to St. Louis. It's ideally located in a quiet neighborhood only a short drive from downtown, and we were able to walk to the zoo with no problem. We had one little hang up with the lock on the door, but we were able to get that figured out and Kenton was quick to help us make sure it wouldn't be a problem going forward. The house was incredibly clean, and had a nice little fenced in yard that made it perfect for bringing our dog along. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay when visiting St. Louis.

We greatly enjoyed renting this property during our recent St. Louis visit! It was spotlessly clean. There were shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in each bathroom. There was an adorable side yard with chairs and patio lights to enjoy the evening. This side yard was fully fenced so our pet could run around. The kitchen was very convenient with a coffee bean grinder, drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster in addition to the other standard kitchen appliances. The decor was warm and welcoming and cheerful. The host was very friendly and a great communicator. Parking was in front of the house, and the road was very quiet and safe. The whole neighborhood was extremely pleasant and also very quiet and felt very safe. We look forward to hopefully coming back again on another visit to St. Louis!
