Loved the heated pool. Loved the central location and size of the house and that it had 2 separate masters. Everyone had their own space and Bill was very easy to deal with. Also liked that it appeared all the appliances were brand new and house felt very clean and airy which is always important when choosing a place to stay.

Why they chose this property

This is a very quiet neighborhood, many of the high end homes are on the water. Riverhaven Marina is just down the street offering a boat ramp, fuel and a large parking area. There are many restaurants and bars that are accessible by car or boat.

What makes this property unique

This is a large home with a master suite and large master bath with a large garden tub and separate shower. The second bedroom and 1/2 bath are right off the large fully equipped kitchen. There is only one shower and tub thru the master bedroom for both bedrooms.
There is a pool with a large screened patio and a black stone grill and outside dining area.there is also an outside smart TV on the patio. The building is separated into two living areas. The owner may be staying in the other living area however you will have complete private use of the pool, patio during your stay.
