Enjoy making memories relaxing on the screened porch or gather the family around the fire-pit for smores!

We had a great stay at Kerry’s place. Front porch and backyard were great and good amount of space for our group plus our dog. Would certainly stay again!

This beach house was perfect for our dogs, the yard is fenced in and the house is carpet free. We love the location as we want to be close but not to close to downtown beach. Hopefully we can rent again.

There are several things we liked about this property: 1) Location: it's convenient and in a nice residential area, a bit away from the busy central part of town; 2) Nearby amenities: a variety of quality restaurants/shops/cafes on route 26; 3) House: it's a nice, clean cozy place. The fenced-in backyard was great for playing fetch and running around with our dog. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience for our family (2 adults, 1 kid and 1 dog).

A classic and comfortable beach cottage, just a short drive to the beach. Had a nice stay here over the busy 4th of July weekend with our dog and two teenagers. Plenty of space for everyone. Large fenced yard was great for the dog, and the outdoor shower was a plus. Kerry was super responsive and quickly helped with any questions.
