Downstairs offers a second living area that works perfectly as a game-day setup or hangout space. This level includes one bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, a second bedroom with two queen beds, and a third bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk bed. A wet bar and additional full bath complete the space.
