Our recently modern remodeled 5 bedroom home is located in the heart of San Diego. From the living room front door you'll see through to the kitchen, family room, and straight into the wide backyard with a putting green. Set up perfectly for family gatherings.

Kitchen comes fully equipped.
- Thermador stove, down vent hood, microwave, oven, and wide island

Backyard perfect for a gathering:
Safe and clean for the kids to run around. Has putting green, fire pit, and multiple lounge areas.

Our home was recently remodeled inside and out. We installed solar panels, added double pane windows, and AC to keep you cool year round.

You'll love our newly landscaped backyard with multiple lounge area along with a putting green, gazebo with new patio furniture and fire-pit. Great place for meditation, relaxation, or fun family gatherings.

Our home is clean, friendly, quiet, and peaceful.

Here's what we provide....
- Fully equipped kitchen (rice cooker, electric water broiler, toaster...)
- Towels (extra located in hallway cabinet)
- Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toiletries.
- Keurig coffee maker
- Washer/Dryer with detergent and fabric softener (located in garage)

You have access entire kitchen and dining area to prepare a delicious meal for your family. Please clean up after yourself and leave kitchen the way you found it.

You'll also have access to our newly remodeled backyard with putting green, gazebo, and outdoor furniture. We love spending time outdoors when we can. You can use BBQ grill in the patio area.

Mira Mesa is a thriving community in San Diego. There's plenty of Asian influence. You'll find great Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, Filipino, and of course American restaurants. There are also plenty of Asian grocery stores to choose from.

There's a park within 5 minutes walking distance from the house.

You will be able to park in the driveway and there's plenty of spaces in the street to park.

There's a bus stop within 5 - 10 minutes from the house. You can also easily get around with uBer or Lyft.

Great Stay in a Prime Location

The stay was very nice overall. The only recommendations I would make are to clear the spiderwebs from the backyard so guests can fully enjoy the outdoor space—especially with the beautiful San Diego weather—and to ensure the outdoor furniture is clean. The location is excellent, just 20–25 minutes from all major attractions and beaches, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The house was a perfect for our family vacation. The outdoor area was nice to sit around the fire pit and it accommodated the whole family. The putting green and fooseball table provided entertainment for the kids. The owner communicated very well from arrival to departure. We had a great stay in San Diego, and this house was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the backyard was absolutely amazing. This house is so clean and well kept. We felt so comfortable here and thankful that we picked this place over others. We were traveling for work but this made it much more comfortable. Great place for larger groups

The interior of the house is beautiful. We found everything we needed to cook meals together in the kitchen including a lot of commonly used spices. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the lovely backyard. The younger adults in our group loved the putting green. We will definitely stay here again if we travel with a large group.

House Has Everything You Need

The house was perfect for our group. We were there for a golf weekend and the location was convenient to all the course we played - including Torrey Pines. Plenty of room and all the comforts you can want while away from home. The location is tucked back in a neighborhood with a bunch of speed bumps so patience is required when leaving and coming back by car.

Perfect Holiday Stay!

A beautiful home! We loved the open floor plan and huge kitchen. And loved how organized the kitchen was. The space housed our very large family VERY comfortably. Family vacation

This house was dream! We rented this place for a week long vacation for 9 people and it was just what we needed. Large open floor plan, nice big back yard and the location was about a 5/7 minutes drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Don was always just a message away which was helpful. I highly recommend staying here for big family vacations with kids.

Lovely Space for the Whole Family

Our three generation family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our two nights in Mira Mesa. The living room and kitchen/dining area provided great gathering space, and we had ample sleeping accommodations for all of us. Beautiful home! The kitchen and dining area is great for cooking and eating. The backyard putting area was a great area to socialize and hang out. Air conditioning worked perfectly during the summer and my friends and I would definitely book this place again!

I've been a San Diego since 1981 and I love my city. If you have any questions about San Diego feel free to ask. My wife T and I decided to be a host 3 years ago because we have used Airbnb for our travels and had some really great experiences as guest. We wanted to provide the same relaxing and friendly experience for people all over the world when they come to stay at any one of our properties in San Diego.

Our guests rave about our simple check in process and the many amenities we provide. Once you're checked in there's not really a need to contact us for any questions.

3 books that changed my life and I still read them from time to time are "The Alchemist by Pablo Coelho, The Art of Happiness by Dalai Lama, and The Inner Matrix by Joey Klein."

Why they chose this property

When I remodeled this home at the end of 2017 I wanted to make it so it couldn't accommodate a lot of people for parties. From the front door of the house you can see straight through the backyard with putting green. Everyone can see each and interact with one another. The dining table can be expanded to seat 10. There are 3 chairs on the kitchen island and 4 chairs on the bar between kitchen and living room. The backyard has 3 areas with outdoor furniture to relax. It is kid friendly because they can run around without getting dirty because every inch of the backyard either has artificial turf, tiles, or raised deck.
