We absolutely loved the smaller complex. We had the pool to ourselves several times and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at this condo. The condo was equipped with everything needed. It really had everything you would need, down to spices! Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The walk to the beach was super easy. Never had to wait for an elevator, tons of room in the condo. The owners of the condo were very accessible and answered every question I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach, excellent space!

We enjoyed a wonderful week. The beach was just as beautiful as in the photos and not overly busy. The condo’s layout is great and very spacious. View from the balcony was my favorite feature- we would definitely rent again and recommend to friends!

I/we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and everything was clean and it was great. The only problem was the sofa bed sleeper the cover was stained and dirty, we removed the cover and washed, and changed the sheets.Beautiful great view. Hope to visit again

Wonderful views, lovely holiday!

This home is all about the view! From the living room and primary bedroom you have the most amazing views of the ocean. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home for plenty of privacy. Additional living room with bunks makes a great playroom. Beach access, pool access, and parking were easy and the home is equipped with everything you need to cook and live as if you were at home. Highly recommend!

Stay at Legacy.

The floor of this unit hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We had a one year old that whenever he crawled on the floor, (which we kept to a minimum), he would get filthy dirty. We also found a couple of toys behind a chair that wasn’t ours. Also the pool area of this property really needs some attention. Neither one of the doors to the patio would lock. Despite these things we still enjoyed our stay.

Construction

Although the rental was beautiful and great location the Evolve Vacations inaccurately described the amount of construction going on during out visit. Our balcony was unable to be used at all and the listing stated our condo would not be effected. When I reached out several times to address my disappointment I was blown off and then offered a fractional refund for a fraction of one night to stay there. I will never stay with an Evolve rental again due to the misrepresentation of the property and the pitiful customer service.

Beautiful Experience!

This property was beautiful, clean, and as advertised. You have everything you need here. I forgot my blow-dryer and there were two in the unit. We were contacted by text the unit was ready early on check in day and that worked out perfect for us! We so enjoyed the balcony. Breath taking sunrises every morning! Easy and close access to the beach. Location was a easy drive to grocery and restaurants. If you are looking to relax and getaway this is the place! Thank you to the owners and Vrbo for making this a wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building was much smaller than some of the others. There were only seven stories so it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was very well appointed and spacious. A view of the ocean was incredible and the unit was very well-maintained. Anything you could need for your stay was well anticipated.
