Great Condo

We had an amazing stay in PCB and this condo was a vital component to that stay. It’s proximity to the beach was amazing! Great pool, overall quiet community, and comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed condo made for a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed at the condominium complex before. This unit was clean and check was great. Only down fall NO TV in bedroom. We still loved our stay. Would recommend.

We had a great time with the family at this location. Our balcony overlooked the pool, which was clean and ample-sized. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The check in/out process was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Nice enough for a few days

I have stayed at nautical watch and thought this would be pretty much the same. I really didn't like the traffic noise right outside the room. I would prefer to be closer to the ocean. Some updates could be done, but it was fine for a few nights.

Beautiful beach but not visible from room

We were comfortable but did not enjoy the street noise right outside (sirens, loud cars) throughout the night. Wish we knew there is not a view of the water at all. Place seems better suited for families with children, as they loudly played in the pool beneath bedroom until midnight or so.

The washer worked ok but made a lot of noise and the dryer would only work on one setting and had to be run several times and once in a while it made a loud thump noise. We could hear the people above walking and running for hours at night…

Overall good stay

Very nice unit. Online pictures accurate. Only “complaints”- missing lightbulbs in several sockets or lightbulbs needed to be replaced. Could not get any TV programming to work in bedroom and could not get cable box to work in den (although there were several streaming services on den TV). My cute husband had hoped to watch a little football on Saturday and had to figure out a different plan. But other than those things, it was wonderful and such a great place to stay for a long weekend getaway. We would definitely consider staying there again!!

Small and efficient

This condo was everything we needed. It was clean. The walk to the beach was short. I liked that there was a shower and a small hose to rinse off the sand. The only thing that could be better was the kitchen supplies. The plates and bowls were a hard plastic and we did not have a skillet, cutting board or hot pads. We were able to make do and the apartment was clean and exactly what we were looking for.

When I walked in the door I was like thank God it looks just as advertised. Clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. Convenient to everything yet not right in the middle of it. Easy & self automated check-in, never had to interact with a human. Short walk to beach. Nice pool. Also there's a washer / dryer. Good place to stay.

GREAT!!

Great view of the pool. 5 min walk to beach. There was only one pot and one frying pan and a small plumbing issue..in the bathroom, the water builds up in the sink while you're brushing your teeth but its no big deal. Overall, the property is great!!

Great vacation

Everything was great, really great. The only thing was the lighting in the condo was poor because the overhead light fixture in the living area did not work as well as one of the table lamps. Also in the bedroom the overhead light fixture did not work which made picking out clothes for getting ready a bit difficult, but the condo was clean, cute and convenient. We had a great vacation.

Overpriced

Room is farther away from beach than I thought. Based on that, it was overpriced. Don't be fooled by this one. Don't pay "on the beach" rates for it! The front door faces Thomas Drive and the parking is not secure. There is no fencing, gate or security of any kind. On the bright side, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Overall great stay. Lock on door was finicky and frustrating. Back patio door wouldn’t lock at all. Couch had some kind of crusty food stuck too it, but those were small things. The inside is beautiful. Very short walk to the beach, but not directly on the beach and no beach view from our room. I would stay again! We had a blast!
