Quaint historic apartment in a great location. Perfect for visiting W&L. No washer/dryer or dishwasher so if that’s important to you, give it some thought. Make sure you can negotiate a narrow staircase for access. Comfortable beds, nice linens, and the place is spotless / clean. Easy walk into the couple downtown blocks for food, drink, etc. Recommend.

Excellent property! I love how minimalist the property is without missing a single detail. Very well-equipped kitchen, abundance of towels, furniture extremely comfortable, easy parking, great location. We had everything we needed for our stay. Tom was amazing at communication and even stopped by to add a special app to the TV I requested. I didn’t realize it was a second-story apartment (renter error) so I apologize for the running and jumping of my kids on the hardwood floors!! We traveled with two special needs children and a newborn. I couldn’t have asked for a better set up. I think the bedroom and living space are larger than they appear in pictures. It was a very comfortable stay.

We had a really nice weekend stay in this upstairs apartment of a stately older home. The location was close to downtown Lex and perfect for our needs. The beds were firmer than we were accustomed to, but we slept so well. The details we particularly appreciated were the soft sheets, the coffee maker, and the shower pressure. We would definitely return.

We absolutely loved this place! It was decorated beautifully and so restful. Just outside of town, easy to get to but quiet. Tom was very helpful with recommendations and easy communication. The beds were quite comfortable and the air conditioner worked extremely well which was important because it was in the high 90s the whole time we were there! A!
