I am sorry to hear that you did not find the unit clean initially. I inspected it myself prior to your arrival and felt that the cleaner did a very good job. Nevertheless, as you may recall, I had the cleaner go back out and do another full clean immediately after your check-in, free of charge. I strive to give every guest a 5 star experience. This property is listed on another platform and has 25 reviews, all of which are 5 out of 5 stars. Again, I apologize that it was not up to your standards.

Why they chose this property
Love this neighborhood and its location. It is minutes from two of the four largest hospitals in the state. Very short drive to downtown and walking distance to west end. Very quaint area.
What makes this property unique
This property is fully outfitted and stocked with anything you could want, including spices, cookware, silverware, dishware, even a steamer! It has been recently renovated in 2024 with all new appliances, paint, furniture, etc. The bathrooms and kitchen have been remodeled. It also comes equipped with a washer and dryer.
